As things slow down in the office during the last 2 weeks of the year, our offices have become quieter due to less teaching artists coming to gather supplies. But there is another reason our offices have quieted down at this time; we have upgraded to a new phone system that allows each person in the office to receive calls more directly (which has lessened the main phone ringing).
